I believe a successful real estate transaction depends on strong organization, careful attention to detail, and someone making sure important deadlines and requirements do not get overlooked.

I have worked in real estate support since 2007, beginning with a call center operation that assisted a California broker with expired listings and notices of default. In 2008, I traveled to the United States for specialized short sale processing training, which gave me additional insight into the complexity of real estate transactions and the importance of accurate documentation.

Since 2013, I have worked extensively in transaction coordination, supporting agents throughout Northern and Southern California, as well as professionals handling transactions in Florida, New Jersey, and Arizona. Over the years, I have supported individual agents and larger teams of more than 20 professionals across brokerages including Keller Williams, eXp Realty, Side, and Real Broker.

As a Transaction Support Associate with the Francia Team, I help provide the organization and dependable support needed behind the scenes. My experience includes coordinating multiple transaction files at once, tracking deadlines, maintaining compliance, learning different real estate platforms, and helping ensure each file continues moving forward.

I see transaction support as the backbone of a well run real estate business. When the details are organized and important responsibilities are handled consistently, agents can spend more time communicating with clients, building relationships, negotiating, and providing the personal guidance people need during a major transition.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a major in Marketing from Saint Louis University. I am especially proud of the real estate knowledge I have developed throughout my career and my ability to remain organized while managing multiple priorities.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, experiencing different cultures, discovering new places, and trying new food. I have been on four cruises, including a Disney Adventure Cruise with my family.

As the eldest grandchild in my family, I naturally became the person who organizes everything. Whether I am planning a family trip, coordinating an activity, or putting together a simple family bingo night, I enjoy bringing people together and making sure all the details are handled.
