I believe a strong client experience depends on what happens both in front of the client and behind the scenes. Clear communication, organized systems, accurate information, and consistent follow through all play an important role in helping a real estate team serve people well.

Before joining the Francia Team, I built part of my real estate career in Dubai, where I supported brokerage transactions involving both investors and developers. That experience gave me a strong understanding of real estate processes and taught me how to manage important details, adapt quickly, solve problems, and remain calm in a fast paced environment.

I later worked as a professional trainer, helping others strengthen their administrative, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills. That experience improved my ability to explain processes clearly, support others, and recognize where systems can be made more efficient.

As an Operations Associate with the Francia Team, I support several areas of the business. My responsibilities include helping organize transaction documents, reviewing information for accuracy, monitoring important deadlines, maintaining files, improving internal processes, and assisting with the day to day operations that keep the team moving forward.

My goal is to make sure the details are handled, communication stays organized, and the team has the support it needs to remain focused on serving our clients. Even when much of my work happens behind the scenes, strong operations help make the overall real estate experience feel more organized, responsive, and less stressful.

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, and I am currently pursuing my Juris Doctor degree. My education has strengthened the analytical thinking, discipline, and attention to detail I bring to my work.

Outside of work, I enjoy dancing, writing essays and poetry, reading, and consuming a completely reasonable number of memes. I also enjoy playing Roblox because adulthood should always leave room for a few side quests.

My experience working in Dubai and in other professional environments has shaped the way I approach both life and work. It taught me independence, adaptability, and the importance of understanding different perspectives. Most importantly, it strengthened my appreciation for family, teamwork, and the people who support us along the way.
