I believe great client service begins with communication. People should not have to wonder what is happening, what comes next, or whether an important detail has been handled. My goal is to help our clients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience with the Francia Team.

Before joining the team, I worked in caregiving and completed medical training courses, including CPR certification. That experience taught me the importance of patience, responsibility, compassion, and staying calm when someone is depending on you. I also worked in the restaurant industry, where I developed strong customer service skills and learned how to communicate clearly while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

As the Administrative Assistant for the Francia Team, I help keep client communication consistent and our internal systems organized. My responsibilities include coordinating showings, appointments, inspections, and photography or videography. I also create tailored property searches, help manage important information in our systems, and coordinate client gifts and personal touches that make the experience feel more thoughtful.

Documentation is another important part of my role. By keeping information accurate and organized, I help the team remain productive and prepared. For our clients, I focus on proactive communication and try to answer questions before they ever need to be asked. Buying or selling a home can involve many moving parts, and I want clients to know that someone is paying attention to the details.

I am especially proud of my ability to communicate with clients, manage several responsibilities at once, and remember the specific details that matter to each person. My favorite part of the role is getting to know our clients and learning what is motivating their move. Whether they are searching for their dream home or selling so they can be closer to family, it is rewarding to support such an important transition.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, taking my dog on hikes, and driving out of town to explore somewhere new. I love a good adventure and am usually ready for the next one.
