I believe the best client experiences are supported by clear communication, accurate information, and a team that stays organized from beginning to end. Much of that work happens behind the scenes, but it can make an important difference in how smooth and supported a real estate transaction feels.

Before joining the Francia Team, I gained experience in real estate transaction coordination, broker compliance, customer success, executive support, and administrative operations. My background includes managing transaction files, reviewing information for accuracy, supporting real estate teams, and helping ensure important requirements and deadlines are handled properly.

As an Operations Associate with the Francia Team, I support transaction coordination, client care, CRM management, and the administrative systems that help keep the business moving forward. I am continuing to learn the team’s processes while helping maintain organized records, support timely communication, and make sure important details receive the attention they deserve.

I am especially proud of my attention to detail, consistency, adaptability, and willingness to keep learning. Real estate involves many moving parts, and I enjoy bringing structure and organization to the process while remaining flexible when priorities change. My goal is to give the team dependable support so they can stay focused on guiding and caring for our clients.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Mindanao State University and earned Civil Service Eligibility through the Honor Graduate Eligibility program. My education helped strengthen my understanding of people, communication, and the different perspectives individuals bring to their experiences. Those skills continue to influence how I approach teamwork, client care, and problem solving.

What I appreciate most about the Francia Team is being part of a group that values learning, growth, and exceptional service. I believe continuous learning creates meaningful progress, and I look forward to growing professionally while contributing to the team’s success.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, helping on our family farm, caring for my pets, and baking pastries. As a member of the Blaan Indigenous community, I also enjoy performing traditional cultural dances and learning about different cultures and traditions.

I value a balanced life centered on purpose, contentment, and fulfillment. Whether I am supporting a transaction, learning a new process, or helping someone on the team, I try to approach each responsibility with care, consistency, and a genuine desire to improve.
